These machines can be used in orchards, parks, forestry, pastures and airfields etc. They will mulch or chop grass, weeds, corn stubble, rape stubble, cotton, tobacco and sugar cane stalks, brush, orchard prunings, vine branches, potato haulm and much more, with a quick and efficient operation.

* The 'Perfect' pulveriser is low, compact, heavily constructed and suits any tractor
* The full length rear roller with skids at either end provides easy handling and excellent terrain adjustment

* Flexible indirect drive through oil bath gearbox with spiral toothed gears and V-belts with sprung loaded automatic belt tensioner
* Vibration free flail rotor suspended in self adjusting heavy duty bearings. Flail rotor speed 2100RPM at 540PTO
* Heavy duty flails (5lbs = 2.2kg) manufactured from resistant work hardened spring steel
* Cutting height adjustable from 3/4" to 4 3/4" or 2 to 12cm
* Excellent pulverisation - cuts wood up to 2 1/2" = 6cm (KL models) or 4" = 10cm (BG//KV models) diameter. No further work to collect or remove cut material
* The parallelogram allows for quick and easy adjustment of the offset. An optional ram is available for hydraulic offset
* Minimum maintenance required
* Models BG/BK have an extra low V-belt cover to protect low hanging branches in orchards
*Models BG/BK and KV/UV are also available as front mounted machines both at 540 and 1000 PTO RPM.

All pulverisers supplied by us are 'Twin Skin'. As pulveriser users know, the hood of a pulveriser takes a real beating. Bramley pruning are particularly punishing and these machines have twice the thickness of hood to give a longer life. We also have available, PTO protection plates to fit in front of machines to stop large prunings damaging the PTO guard.

Also available are the BK2 series of pulverisers which are fitted with adjustable rake tines, for better pick up of thin or flat prunings. Specifications are exactly the same as the BG2 series except weight and a minimum of 9 rakes.

Front mounted pulverisers
Front mounted pulverisers as becoming more popular now, due to the fact the prunings are not run over by the tractor before pulverising. meaning that it can more easily deal with large quantitiesof prunings. It is also beneficial to the tractor as prunings often damage the underneath, catching wiring etc. Due to the unique cantilever design of the headstock it enables the front mounted version of the Perfect pulveriserto be pulled rather than pushed. This protects the machine and provides a full flotation effect.

Brush sweep attachment
The 'Perfect' brush sweepers are designed to remove the prunings and leaf residues which are in the tree or vine rows and to clean the herbicided strips in order to discourage the development of fungus and to implement an optimal chemical weed control.
They are driven by a hydraulic motor and are equipped with elastic and highly resistant sweeper brushes which spin at approximately 150 rpm.
The sweeper head position is adjustable both in working angle and in working height, which assures a high quality working result in all conditions.
For perfect terrain adjustment the sweeper head is supported by a swivel wheel. In transport position the brush sweeper can be folded away manually or by means of a hydraulic ram.
Available to on all 'Perfect' pulverisers or for mounting on the front of a tractor, either one or both sides.
