Sprayer Dose Systems
An LH Agro 4000 when fitted to a sprayer will receive signals from a wheel sensor (speed) flow sensor (liquid passed) and use these signals to display the application rate and if required adjust the sprayer pressure to give a predetermined application rate which is dependent on the plant width as given by the operator.
The monitor digital display will show forward speed, application rate and
litres left in tank whilst monitoring the sprayer operation. The monitor will
automatically control the sprayer output if required.
Totals are kept of area covered and volumes sprayed on a daily basis and on
a last area basis.
The sprayer is fitted with the speed sensor, flow sensor, and an electric pressure regulating valve. A power feed is required on the tractor for the monitor and interface which are mounted in the tractor cab when in use.
All the additional equipment will cope with flows of 3 - 100 litres per minute and pressures of 16 bar.
We have special low flow meters for ULV application and can cope with both ULV and HV applications with one system.
