The 'Next Generation' bin train!

These picking trailers designed for carrying fruit bins from Agrofer are self unloading, therefore the use of a forklift is not required! Modern orchards and vineyards need to be efficient and this trailer is a fantastic way to save time and reduce costs.

The trailer has folding footboards allowing pickers to step up to the bins and empty fruit in easily.

The trailer has a simple and functional bascule* drawbar attached to the three point linkage of the tractor,which gives brilliant entry and exit of the rows as it can turn extremely tight. It is also used to perform the unloading of the bins.  This operation happens with the three point linkage of the tractor being lifted and the bascule drawbar allows the trailer to gently tip, allowing the bins to run easily along the roller tracks to the ground, without jolting the product. These roll tracks also ensure the safe transport of the bins.

Models are available to carry 3, 4 or 5 bins the narrow way on.

The tyres are quality trailer tyres of a standard size - 10.5 15.3, min. 8ply which are road legal. Vineyard trailers can have smaller tyres.
